  • Opt out of message requests if you don't want to use the in-app chat feature. 

  • Your choice whether you display your contact details on your profile and you just want to see replies on your post.

  • You can get instant push alerts to your phone and/or inbox for pitches based on hashtags you have on your profile and a daily round-up of all pitches. But again, you can opt out.
